How long does it take for Microsoft to send you the supplies to mail them you XBox to get it repaired?

I submitted a repair request for my 360 about a month ago and XBox live still has my request listed as recieved and waiting to be processed (it took 2 wks to get to this point). I sent an e-mail asking how long it would take and haven't gotten a reply yet.

Has anyone else had this same experience of them taking a long time to get to your repair?

i would call them. They mispelled my email and i never recieved the shipping label. The process of shipping it and getting it back should take about two weeks. I have mine there now and i am witing to get it back. Going through major withdrawels.

Call them for sure.

I had no problems after calling and got my box back exactly 7 days after I shipped it.

I recently got the RROD 3 weeks ago. Mailed it off on a Monday, got it back Tuesday the following week. XBOX now has a return center in Mesquite, TX so the turnaround is usually quicker.
