As an LSU fan from Mississippi am I considered a corndog? or are is it just LSU fans from Louisiana? I'm just curious if I have been called a corndog or not. Also, what if a Louisiana native liked say, Bama. Are they corndogs?

Only German LSU fans are considered Corndogs.

From this I find that an LSU fan is a corndog, no matter where we come from. Thanks for the help KLSU & GeauxGirl20.

I still say that crystal championship footballs smell like corn dogs. That's what gives the LSU fans the corn dog rap.

That's apparently a big part of its allure.

we asked auburn fans when we went down there and they called us corndogs but had no idea why they were calling us that. I know where the term came from but how we adopted the name I have no clue.

It's easier to just shrug your shoulders and accept it than too argue with retards who want to call you something that makes no sense.

Hell, if that's what WINNING smells like, then I'll take it any day.

Beats the shite out of losing and smelling nice.

From what I have heard, the "corndog" refrence came from a sportswriter in Alabama that wrote an article and refered to the LSU fans smelling like corn dogs, and it seams to have spread like wildfire. What I don't get is what Auburn fans smell like shite and bama fans smell like arse, but we don't hear about that much do we.
