Yeti question

so I've had my Yeti for like 5 years.. one of the rubber latches broke... I have looked at it and don't see a way to replace the latch... anyone think Yeti will replace it? I haven't contacted them about it yet.... just wanting the OB's opinion.

so right after I posted it, I found a video on how to replace it.... looks easy

Make sure you pre-cool it before you mail it back. You'll get much better results.

Yeti has a 5yr warranty, if you registered it. But, the latches have a screw that holds them in place. Easy to replace.
