Yard Drainage help needed

So, I have a house I'm trying to sell. The buyer is requesting that I correct the drainage problem (which is pretty bad). Usually I'd handle it myself, but I don't live in the area anymore.
I need some recommendations from you guys so I can get some quotes and get this taken care of.
Any of you have good experience with anyone that they can recommend? The house is in St. Gabriel, near UClub. I need someone who can come out and knock this out quickly.
