I know Pep Boys does it, but I'm looking something closer toward the Siegen Lane area of town?

Check U-Haul, they might still do it.

Most hitches are easy to bolt on your frame. My 2015 Silverado's frame had the holes from the factory.
I called around and got a few prices for an installed hitch, and ended up buying the hitch from Amazon and installed it myself.
U-Haul did have the best price locally.

Pep Boys at Old Hammond to Siegen Lane is maybe 3 miles.
Is that a deal breaker?
