Whats all the barges for in lake p

Saw a bunch of barges back of Norco with excavators on them north of I-10. Another fill in project for those wetlands maybe cause they look depleted

They were rock armoring the LaBranche wetlands shoreline a few weeks ago. Best guess.

Sounds right. Didn't see any rocks but sounds good. That area must get hammered with a strong cold front on that shoreline
