What type of turnover does LWF have with their enf. agents?

just saw that LDWF swore in 23 new agents. Out of curiosity, what type of turnover does the position experience?

I have no inside knowledge but my understanding is their academy is pretty rigerous so I'd guess they have a pretty strong retention rate
