What documents do I need to sell a boat in Louisiana?

I am looking to sell a boat and I was curious on what I would need to sell it as far as paperwork goes.
Do I just need to give the buyer the registration and fill out a Bill of Sale?
Found a Bill of Sale template on:

Also I live out of the state and I am going to have my dad sell the boat? Will this cause any trouble, will I have to be present to sign anything or is this insignificant?

I always do seperate bill of sale on boat, motor and trailer. And sign over title on trailer of course.
