Want to go fishing Saturday. Just trying to figure out how muddy the water will be or where to go. East or West of the river? Was thinking Golden Meadow or Leeville may be the best bet since the storm went more east of us. How did Hopedale/Delacroix handle the storm?

Fished lake borgne yesterday. Flat calm, no wind, and clean green clear water. Water was definitely high though.

I'm looking to do the same, so I'll try to report back if/when we go.

Looking at the tidal observations on the NOAA website, Grand Isle tides are still 1.1-1.2 feet above normal. Looks like we should get a wind out of the for a day or two starting on Wednesday, but I'm not sure how quickly that will help the water recede. Overall winds are supposed to be fairly light over the next week, so I guess we'll see.
