Most of the terrace fields in SWLA were constructed by DU and/or NRCS. I consulted with DU on one of their vegetative plantings on one of theirs, and designed planting projects for another field that NRCS built and did not include plantings in their project. Neither of those projects were being actively monitored as far as I know.

You want to talk about a waste of money...how about the hundreds of millions they are going to use to build protection levees instead of building marsh in the new "Master Plan"?

CPRA is the worst thing to happen to Louisiana's coast.
