Guys, you need to read into this issue a bit deeper.
Walmart is not ordering new ammo because they are unsure what new legislation will bring. They are still selling what is on the shelves as of now.
They are not anti-2A and they aren't going against gun owners. They don't know what the future holds and don't want to order shite that will be illegal down the road.
Take it as you may, but I don't think Walmart is in the wrong here.

As long as they keep 7mm, and all shotgun shells coming I will not care. The moment I run out of shells...I'm gunna be pissed.

Just like CTD, they are welcome to make whatever business decisions they want. However, not ordering any more ammo is just ridiculous. Even if Congress voted on some kind of ammo restrictions today, and made it effective immediately, that would be held up in court for a while. And in the mean time Walmart would have no problem emptying every shelf they have of ammo several thousand times over.

I agree with you, tht's why I didn't add any tinfoil hat rhetoric to my post. I was merely passing along info. As of today the Wal Mart in my neighborhood can't order ammo. What does that mean? I can't say. I'll leave speculation to those that choose to do that.

The system he uses to order ammo was unavailable.

I probably means that the Walmart ordering computer will handle orders and the manual orders will not be allowed due to the lack of supply. The computer knows how much ammo is in every store at all times. 95% of all ordering at all Walmart s is done by the computer through past sales and current information for a very good JIT inventory system...

Well the tinfoilhat crowd will rant about Wally being in bed with Crazy Joe about the gun apocalypse....
