Valve seal replacement cost?

How much am I looking at to replace them on a 08 Silverado with the 5.3 v8?

That use to be a very inexpensive repair,and is pretty easy to do yourself,if you have the tools and a little know-how.Nowadays,It will probably cost a lot,for some made up reason.
You need an adapter that screws into your spark plug holes,so you can hook up an air compressor,you open the valves and blow the old seals out with compressed air,then install the new ones.
I am guessing that his will cost over 500 bucks these days. Use to be able to get it done for 100 bucks.
