UTV Sprayer

Looking for a sprayer with at least 40gal capacity for the UTV (I have a Kubota 1140). Using it to mostly spray food plots, so I need one with a boom. I'll also use it to spray fence lines so having a wand or gun for spot spraying is a must.
I've seen one online by Master MFG with a 60gal tank. I'm sure it's Chinese, but so is 90% of the other stuff. Does anyone have any experience/knowledge of these?

You don't need a boom.
Route hode into a brass adjustable sprinkler nozzle. 2.4 gpm pump eill throw about 8ft. 4 gpm pump will spray 12ish.

X12345 is correct. Damn a boom, or at least a big folding one. Get a single boomless nozzle or a 3 tip wide throw boom (they have them at Tractor Supply). The 3 tip one requires a healthy 3-4 gps pump to run it though. I’ve always used a small brass one that sprays 10-14’ (3 tipper mentioned above will do like 30’). Used mine with a 25 gal spray tank on the back of my ATV and sprayed 40 acres of plots in a day. Trick there was I had a chase truck with a big 265 gal tank to refill my spray tank with. It was a little easier to maintain a constant speed with my Rancher than it will be with your Kubota. I put out a quart of RU to the acre and got 4-5 acres per tankful. My tip put out 4.5-5 gpm at 5mph. 2-3rd gear while spraying. Worked fine.
Don’t be brand conscious on your sprayer. Get one with a 3 gpm or higher pump and go to town

I have a boom for my 40 gallon atv spray rig and rarely use it. For a tank that size, I'd go boomless.
I built mine with various booms and boomless options and even built a side spraying rig for fencelines and trail edges. If it were me, I'd buy the tank then build out what you want. Put your wand on a reel and be generous with your hose length. You can never have enough. Building it will be far cheaper than buying one already made, and you'll get what you want, not what they give you.
The main thing, especially if you're broadcast spraying, is THE PUMP. Do not skimp on the pump. You can never have one too strong or too well made. Those cheap, mass-produced $50 fimco high flo pumps are trash, but they're good for trotline weights when they inevitably burn up in 1 season.

Shurflo makes good ones, that's what agspray puts on some of their sprayers. Northstar from northern tool has some good ones, there are more.
The cheaper fimco pumps are fine for wand spraying, but doing lots of broadcast spraying is a different animal for them. To be clear, the higher end fimco pumps are stout little pumps. I just personally had bad luck using the smaller weaker pumps to do continuous use broadcast applications.

On my four Wheeler, I use a 25 gallon tank with a 12 foot folding boom and a selector valve for the hand gun.

No experience with a boom, but I replaced my leaky wand the other day and they were out of the $15 wandnthe sprayer came with. Upgraded to the jet stream wand amd it's worth the money. Very well built and the stream adjusts with trigger travel, not the tip. I thought that was a very nice feature. Would recommend.
