There was a guy at the buyer in Sarepta with 2 7ft gators from Cross. I think quite a few tags were issued out there, he said there were tons of lines.
As far as the process, starting in July/August, keep a lookout on WLF site for the lottery info.
You fill the form out, pick a lake (can only choose 1), mail in form with $5 money order and hope you get picked. If you get picked you must attend the meeting in Minden one night right before season.

Yeah I bass fish Caddo every once in a while. There are some monsters out there, TClay knows where to find them apparently.
