Finally! 6:00 am flight to Huston followed by a nonstop to Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, to hunt geese and ducks. Been on the books for close to a year and I can hardly wait. Going to be hunting for two days with a farmer up there, then moving to praries edge outfitters in North Battleford, Saskatchewan. So pumped to see a new part of the world and hunt the birds so early in their migration. Never done it before, but will share photos when I return! Also will be chearing on the LSU fightin' Tigers Saturday, pumped UP

Yea, might be a tad early for ducks but a nice cold front is moving through the area Friday. Farmer says geese are thick!

UPDATE: landed in Calgary, Alberta Canada. Saw hundreds of geese and ducks on the way into the airport resting on potholes. Waiting for connecting fly to Saskatoon. Good beer in the airport...
