You guys were out in force today and I want to say thanks. I'm a hunter, but don't own a boat, and you guys came through today. It was boat after boat emptying Carriagewood Estates. Thanks again!

My dad lives on that front lake, how is it in there? He's stubborn, won't leave and downplaying the severity

We left at 2:30 and the rise was starting to slow and I've heard from some people it has stopped rising

I don't get emotional easily. House and cars flooding didn't phase me. But those 2 guys who picked me and my family up in their boat and got us out of there brings up tears. Most grateful I've ever been.

Talked to my dad, he said his neighbor has been measuring the water. It's been rising a 1/4" per hour since noon

We live near port Vincent. Got out yesterday about 6 on a quick last minute decision. Glad we did. Our house is essentially gone. I've been in contact with several friends including ob'ers sacrificing their time and saving lives. So happy to live where I do.

I know there were multiple OB boats running today. I was not in one, dealing with my own home, but hats off to them...

This is fantastic, was amazed at the sheer number of boaters helping their fellow neighbor!
