So, a family member gave me about 10lbs of this stuff for Christmas last year. I have nowhere to shoot it and it is just sitting in a closet at my house.
I called the local sheriffs substation and they don't really seem to know either.
Has anyone had a similar situation?

Let me just go through the list of places I have to shoot it...its not that I don't want to shoot it, I just don't have a place to shot it. Thanks for the input though

it is a lot of fun to shoot...if you can't find somewhere in NwLa to shoot it, I have some spots in Cenla to do so. If you want to drive down, just let me know.
