I have an automatic one that the release mechanism screwed up on. They set me a brand new one. Good knives.

I've been carrying a mini-griptillian for about 6 years. It looks like hell but is still in good shape. The locking mechanism is still very solid, nothing is loose, and the blade is incredible. Holds an edge like nothing else, but can be extremely difficult to sharpen if you let it get too far gone.
You can also send it back to benchmade whenever you want to get a factory edge on it for just shipping costs.
