Haven't. Used to camp up there at least once a summer for years and never saw one but I am sure the population has increased since I left.

Go north. Drive a little extra to the Smoky's and find a campground at higher altitude. You'll have overnight low temps in the 50's if you pick the right spot. Much cooler that trying to sleep through 80 degree nights.
