Is sugar mill pond in Youngsville open to the public?

We walk around the lake and are not residents.

Usually get a bite to eat when we go.

I think he means to fish. We usually see random canadian kids fishing with hot dog weenies. Never saw anyone run em out.

The wife wants to go take pictures of her dog there, and I was wondering about fishing as well, but since someone mentioned
