I have (2) 6 inch Holley Bush stumps about 3 feet from my foundation on my house,so burning them isn't an option. Besides a stump grinder, do you guys have any suggestions to get rid of these?

If you've got a chainsaw...well then your job is easy. If not:

3/8" drill bit, lots of holes, cover with saltpeter, wait.

Holley bush stumps? You seriously think you need a grinder to get rid of them? Use a shovel and axe to dig them out.
