This is the first yard I've ever owned. Im looking for a yearly treatment plan for fertilization, aerating, etc. Every website has different recommendations. What are y'all baws thoughts?

Don't just pay anyone to do it. My yard was trashed by "paying someone to do it".

You need an apostrophe in "baw's".

Look up Virginia and find out why everyone, "baw's", like her butt on wood.

I've been following this guys Randy Lemmon schedule for a few years and my yard looks great. I just fight the encroachment of trash grass from my neighbors because they refuse to do anything to their lawn. The only thing is finding the 15-5-10 fertilizer around here, it's seems like none of the feed stores are interested in carrying that type of fertilizer.

Order it online. Long story short, keeping weeds out has got to be priority number one if you want it to look good. Fertilze. Water when needed.

Let me let you in on a secret about st Augustine.
Cut it high and water the shite out of it. It will look great with minimal treatment.

Keep it cut at 3-3/12 inches is the key.

Can I add 8-8-8 or10-10-10 in South Louisiana this time of year?
