I've had cameras out for weeks now, but haven't gotten many good pics. No shooters, they're all this year's squirrels.

Walk into woods just before daylight......find a comfy tree and sit down......sleep until the sun comes up.

Once awake be quiet.........then start slaying incoming squirrels.

Squirrel hunting is like shooting fish in a barrel.

Got a few squirrel feeders out, good morning & evening movement. Is baiting squirrels illegal?

Try the new Sage area out by Wham Brake. That block of woods between the landing, Alligator Lake, an Franklin HC had 20# squirrels back when we had it. It also had mosquitoes with 6" cocks, so bring several Thermacells.

Alligator Lake, an Franklin .

Just reading that brought back Farrah Fawcett memories with Heath Barkley, the 6 million dollar man hollering at us to quit shooting those damn coots..

When you find that one oak tree, it aint even fair.

I love shooting those little bastards. I love eating them even more.

I used to go just pass the river like you heading to Start and park on left side of road. I would wear them out in there. Also had a cottonmouth crawl across my boots there.

I haven't hunted much the last couple years, maybe 8 trips and have seen less than a limit of squirrels all days combined. Also, I haven't spoken to a single person who had any success. I'm not familiar with the area that well though.
