Spinoff Guns During Bow Season - CC During Hunting Season

I don't have my concealed carry permit, but in reading through the topic on guns during bow season I wanted to ask prior to Jindals new law what were the rules for carrying concealed if you had a permit during Bow season? Is it different for state and federal wildlife areas?

I am willing to bet there will be push back on the new law from State and Federal refuges - they will remain that you can only carry what is in season which for the most part means nothing larger than a rimfire.
If you have your CC can you carry a larger caliber pistol concealed on Federal and State refuges?

With a CC you may carry on WMAs during bow season.
