Spillway Open for ATV Riding Yet?

I've never been down there. Where do you access the spillway from? Is it all open to ATV or just certain areas?

Helmets. I had beer and I have fished the ponds as well. Good time

Sometimes there is a ranger in the parking lot. He will just check for helmets. Don't do donuts in parking lot. Tgey frown on that as well. Have fun be safe
