Snapper Season - Landing permit?

Getting fired up to go after the snapper this weekend, haven't been in 2 years. I can't remember, do you need to have the landing permit for snapper? TIA

Yep just go onto the LADWF site and enter in your information they are free and you can print from your computer. Even under age fisherman not required a license need an offshore landing permit.

Actually, I'm 99.9% sure that they changed that this year. I'd check, but I'm pretty sure kids under 16 don't need one anymore.

I know they were talking about making the change but am not sure if it is effect this season. I went ahead and printed some for my kids anyway.
