Since when did Lowe's start closing for Easter?

Intentionally waited until today to head to Lowe's, figuring I could get in and out quicker since it was Easter only to find out they were closed.

Guys like the OP would have not liked the 50's and 60's when most store closed on Sunday and the ones that were open had to abide by the "Blue Laws" of the time.

Everything is closed in my town except Walmart, Walgreens, McDonald’s, burger. King (I think) and Whataburger.

The Burger King in Flowood, MS would just as be closed, Since I move here 25+ years ago, I've never seen a customer, somehow they remain open.
