Yes. Lots of people prefer Belgium made but in reality the Jap guns at just as good.

They are recoil operated and closer to unstoppable than any auto loader on earth.

FWIW

I grew up shooting Rem 870/1100s. My first purchase as an adult was an 11-87. Customized it a little. Damn fine gun. I also have a versamax, which I like. I can't fathom paying for a SBE.
