I appreciate the kind wishes. He was the kind of man that most hope to be. As hard as I'll take it, it's going to be even worse for my dad who had one of his other best friends (the mayor of our town even at the time) commit suicide not even a year ago. My granddad (his dad), also passed within the past year. Without those folks I might have never been introduced to the outdoors. Hell I might have turned out to be a lawyer or something. It's unfortunate that everyone didn't have a Larry Stephens to look up to.
