Looks like the lid screws on to keep your beverage sealed in the koozie. Mighty fancy. I like to keep a koozie in my back pocket at the ready, aluminum doesn't work too well for that. IWNBI.

Yeah, but just pop it in your YETI cooler* for a bit and you'll be good to go!
