I like them two to a muffin tin on a grill simmering in butter, hot sauce, and some spice. Eat and throw you a couple more fresh ones in each tin's old sauce. Repeat until the sack (or plastic bucket) is gone.

Hardhead, can give y'all the actual recipe. I usually do the beer drinking and oyster eating...

I second the muffin pan. Old boy from chalmette taught me this at mardi gras a few years back. Its the only way I do it now. I honestly prefer them raw over anything else though. Why ruin a good thing?

Denny higgins seafood in lafitte. Nicest man alive and great quality seafood. He keeps an ice chest of beer (usually schaefer light)at his store for his customers to have a drink with him while he peels crab meat. Its worth the 40 min drive from NOLA.
