When is typically the sac a lait spawn in the dead end canals off and around the intercoastal in Terrebonne and Lafourche Parish? Looking to go give them a shot soon just wandering if anyone has noticed them moving into the shallows just yet

Im expecting this to be a weird spawn fishing season. I think we will get fish of the same species spawning out for a long period of time, leaving the fish in different patterns. The weather is just too inconsistent.

Couple-three weeks earlier than bass IMO.

I’m going to start trying them out in toward the end of February

I think it is more than temp, also hours of daylight. My local water temp in pond is crappie-tastic but they still weren't biting in the usual spots on Sunday. In GA. Got 1 bite.

I see a couple of pintail and a widgeon or two. Besides that, it looks like the daily special was on spoonbills.

I used to hunt there fairly often. Great hunts and plenty of good fishing.

It’s a private lease surrounded by private canals. But good fishing there should time up with good fishing on pipelinesoff of inter coastal.
