Go on the Yeti website and file a claim, they will have you send that one back and they will send you a new one

Had one come off my roadie this weekend for the first time. It popped right back in. I may gorilla glue it if it does it again.

They pop off really easily. I took them all off and gorilla glued them back on... haven't lost once since.

Can also use a dab of 3M 5200 marine sealant
