Motor runs fine at WOT and at mid to low RPMs. However, sitting at idle it runs rouph. No miss-fire or anything just a very rough idle. I know 3-cylinder motors are usually a little rough at idle. Just seems a bit much, what are some things it could be?

Idle jet plugged in one of your carbs. Probably the bottom one.

Don't think it is a carb issue, all 3 carbs were rebuilt recently.

Assuming it's not idled too low, crank it up on muffs and pull the plug wires off one at a time. The one that makes no difference is the problem cylinder. You can hold the wire close to plug and you'll here if it's firing. If it is, then it's the carb. Carbs. are tricky.
