Roofer and Concrete Recs for a house

I need a new roof put on my house. 1800ft or so, shingles life are just over.
I also have a concrete driveway, the old owner patched with overlay of black top 7 years ago. That's cracking and falling to pieces now.
I'd really appreciate any REALLY GOOD people you can recommend for me. House is in mid city BR, and I don't mind paying for quality work. I'm looking to do it right the first time.

Joe Hood for concrete, he knows his stuff, but can be hard to get in touch with sometimes

I have little experience dealing with contractors, but it seems the ones that do quality work, are much more difficult to get booked with, than the fly by night crews.
