Rifle sling?

What is the best rifle sling to put in my t3? I'm looking for different price range options as well. Really think something like the neoprene straps is the way I want to go.

Butler Creek has a nice (and nicely priced) padded neoprene sling

Check out verovilini if you're looking for a traditional hunting sling.
