Rifle maintenance questions

I am pretty new to shooting and have a lack of knowledge in the cleaning aspect of rifles. I currently have a 10/22 takedown, AR .223, and a M1A SOCOM 16.
I have not been out shooting other than my .22 a little bit. I am lacking in the cleaning supplies that would be needed for these rifles and wanted to find out if there is particular tools that apply to all or specifics that I need for each caliber.
Are there specific kits that I should be looking at? I see many different ones so wanted to get the ODB opinion on the necessities for a new shooter.

I use those bore cleaner pads after each shooting trip. Then a wipe down with a light spritz of gun oil.

Get a bore guide for the AR and SOCOM, good carbon fiber bore rods (they really aren't that expensive, especially if you are feeding a SOCOM), good bore solvent, suitable patches and nylon bore brushes, old tooth brush, and some toothpicks to scrape carbon out of small crevices, and Breakfree CLP. Don't buy a kit, just get what you need. I use the bore-sized patch pushers.

The following is just my opinion. I rarely clean the bores of any of my rifles. As a matter fact my 300 wsm HATES a clean bore while my 270 Win doesnt care on way or another. If I really clean my 300 it takes 10 shots to get it shooting again.

Think that depends of how good or bad the tooling was when the rifling was cut and what, if anything, was done to polish it out. I think shooting and proper cleaning tends to burnish any roughness out of barrel with time such that even using a copper solvent won't have much effect.

I find my first, and sometimes second, shots will likely be fliers after a clean bore. But usually on after that. Every rifle is different though.
