Replacement stock for Remington model 700

I have a .30-06 stainless/synthetic with the hinged floor plate. The gun shoots real well, but the stock just feels cheap. I would like to buy a better quality stock with a better feel and one that doesn't make the gun feel front heavy. Any suggestions?

What's the budget? McMillian or Manners are top of the line. Bell and Carlson is serviceable also for about half the price.
