Dexter Russell. Never use my electric knives anymore. DR cleans fish much faster

I was given a Hamilton beach 8 years ago. It's still going strong. I don't do bull reds but plenty bass and trout

I was given one. I have not had good experiences so far, but pretty sure it's because I just suck at cleaning fish with anything other than an electric. The knife is well made and I have no issues with the design.

When I see people say they do better with a regular filet knife over an electric, it really puzzles me because I simply cannot get it done. I either cut right through and ruin the fish, or I struggle getting through the ribs.

those blue ones from academy are annoying as frick. i need to figure out the trigger, or how to fix it. theres a little button that you have to press sort of like a "safety" thats on the trigger
