I got a Raymarine Dragonfly 5 Pro for $350 (seriously) a few weeks ago.
Pretty cool, it's got sonar and downvision, pretty easy to use. It has Wifi that you pair with your cellphone or tablet and can view maps/sonar/downvision independently on your mobile device.

All of this. Love mine. Been using it for a year. Screen resolution is insane. Get the app on your phone or tablet and now you have a second screen.
Whatever unit you get, I highly recommend CHIRP vs traditional sonar. Much better target separation.

Cheap? How about free? Use your phone or pad and download an app.
