Just now returned a missed call from this morning and buddie answers, he's at the backside cut going over to Elmers, from Bridgeside...fast action, on very sizely trout, 16-26+", live shrimp. They have 42 of a two man limit in one hour 30 +/-...As you can imagine he cut the call short. It was the same location and action as they had this morning, prompting his call

He said they had 42 in the evening in 1.5 hour, so they can catch 8 more, thats if they didn’t catch any in the morning. He said the bite was there in the morning too....

I can honestly say I have not kept a single 6# speckled trout in my long life. Probably for different reasons than these guys, though.

I know that spot well, and you are right about 100 boats, but not because he gave it away. It is very close to Bridge Side, and most that launch at Bridge Side, even rookies, can see it easily. I can watch them from my camp. Be careful though, there is a sandbar building up on the outside of the washout.
