If it is bucks only for rifles it is also bucks only for bow unless it has changed. Or unless you are on a bow hunting only reserve.

Most poorly written thing I've ever seen from them. Did you see this though?

quote:

Antlerless deer may be harvested during entire deer season on private lands (all segments included) EXCEPT in West Carroll Parish, and EXCEPT Deer Areas 4, 7, 9 and 10 as specified in deer hunting schedule.

Us lawyers can't get through some of the pamphlet. How in the hell can the typical LASM poster get through them?

They need a committee. "Hey guys, how's this?"

You, me and Mung could do the revisions. Hell, my paralegal could do them.

It's like in this "paragraph"

quote:

WMA seasons are the same as outside except as noted below. An archery license is required for resident bow hunters between the ages of 16 and 59 inclusive and non-residents 16 years of age and older. Either-sex deer may be taken in all areas open for deer hunting EXCEPT when a bucks only season is in progress for gun hunting and EXCEPT in Area 6 from Oct. 1-15. In such cases, archers must conform to the bucks only regulations. Either-sex deer may be taken on WMAs at anytime during archery season EXCEPT when bucks only seasons are in progress on the respective WMA. Also, archery season restricted on Atchafalaya Delta, Salvador, Lake Boeuf and Pointe-aux-Chenes WMAs. (See WMA for details).

Why the frick are these two sentences not together and why is the private land info no where to be seen here?

When I start reading it I think, "ok, this is all about WMAs... wait, no, it isnt, idk, maybe?"

Its either sex unless noted in the regs as Bucks only....best thing is to bring your Lawyer with you in the stand....

Huge problem. WMA info should be in a single paragraph.
