Most poorly written thing I've ever seen from them. Did you see this though?

It's like in this "paragraph"
Why the frick are these two sentences not together and why is the private land info no where to be seen here?
When I start reading it I think, "ok, this is all about WMAs... wait, no, it isnt, idk, maybe?"

Its either sex unless noted in the regs as Bucks only....best thing is to bring your Lawyer with you in the stand....
