2011 Tohatsu 50 TLDI. Cranks right up. Misses a little at slow speed(less than half throttle) Runs great at full throttle. After a run down the lake, turn it off. Fish a spot. Wont crank. Bulb on fuel line is empty and wont get firm. After a while I can get bulb to pump fuel and get it started again. Will run fine, UNTIL next time I shut it down after a run. I was thinking bad bulb/fuel line, OR do I have a fuel pump issue? Any thoughts? Thanks

Sounds like a bad fuel line causing air to get in and lose prime. Cheap place to start by replacing fuel line and bulb, make sure to get ethanol resistant.

This may or may not be relevant, but I was recently talkin to a guy at work who just bought a used tohatsu. I'm not 100% sure I understood what he was saying, but I think he said there was some type of compressor that acted like a fuel pump, and he had to rebuild it. His motor was acting exactly like yours before he rebuilt it and it runs great now. I'll run by his office in a few minutes and try to get clarification on his issue. Or maybe someone with more knowledge than me can make sense of it

Had the same issue. Had to change the fuel lines to the engine that collapsed

Fuel hose is easy and cheap. IIRC there is a diaphragm in the carbs or fuel pump that can get stiff with age and cause the same issues.
