Question on fence repair

I have two metal poles for a wooded fence that rusted and cracked at ground level. Problem is that they weren't individually cemented in , but were set in a cement chain wall.
Any suggestions on how to change without having to bust up the chain wall? Or us that the only option. Thanks

I would rent a jackhammer and ream out another hole where the old pipe is. Pull out old pipe, sink another, add concrete. That's all I got. Good luck.

Change what? You just trying to get rid of the old poles? Cut them off and ground level and fill them with something

Cut it off level with the concrete. fill the hole. Then go to Stephen's pipe and steel in Port Allen and let them weld a mounting plate on a new post and wedge anchor it into the chain wall.
