I like the Igloos better.

Someone told me a trick about how to strengthen the hinges when you replace them: cut a piece of large ratchet strap (the width is about the same as the hinges) and place that between the hinge and the cooler. Use a little bit longer screws and heat them up with a butane torch before inserting.

I have two Coleman Xtremes, both with wheels. They have held up very well IMHO. Latches just said bye bye on the one that is 10 years old and sits outside most of the time. Everything else is still good on them

Well you're not supposed to throw it off tall buildings.

I have two Coleman extremes and have used the crap out of them. They are the best thing going for the money. I love them.

I also leave them in the back of my truck all the time and no one ever tries to steal them.

Same here. I've had mine for three years now. It's my primary fishing ice chest and it stays in the back of my truck 24/7. No issues so far.

The WalMart on Pinhook in Lafayette also has a new shipment of the Ozark Trail 30 ounce Yeti look-a likes.
