Also my point with the .50 cal is to show the stupidity of virginia's governor worried about citizens stockpiling .45 and 9mm ammo

Both are largely pro-constitutional groups and would not turn on the citizenry.
It's not whether they do or not, assume that they don't and you'd be making a different argument. The point is one of principle, they could definitely be just as willing as they may not be currently

I hate to tell everyone this but the feds track all these survival groups people who are stockpiling ammo etc and will send in troops to take all these first right after any big catastrophe. If I am not mistaken that all came out in the leaked Snowden documents.
