Outboard repair in BR area

I have an outboard motor that has sat for years without any use. 2004 200EFI. Any recommendations on a repair shop to go through it before using it again? It had about 150 hours on it when stored over 9 years ago. Any suggestions on what to change out or check would be appreciated.
