I ordered two kayaks Sunday evening online from Austin Kayak. Tuesday, I still hadn't received a delivery confirmation. I wrote them an email and within 5 minutes I had an email response and a phone call apologizing and ensuring that they would be shipped that day.
Well, both made it in today. Wrapped extremely well. Free shipping and arrived within 4 days.
Just wanted to let everybody know.
