I see now,nice mature 10 kill it. A lot depends on where you hunt where I do rule is mature 8 if I pass most won't.

Generally the frame of the rack will remain the same once the buck has hit maturity. So a 4x4 will remain a 4x4 etc for years to come. He may get wider and will gain more mass with age and around 4-5 years old you'll start seeing junk "kicker" points.

Should you shoot him? Is he a trophy in your book? If so then the answer is absolutely yes...

Now if you are talking about age and will he get bigger then you need a pic of his body. You cant use a horns to age a buck. That is a big no no.

Tough call. I counted 9 and its a nice looking rack. Pretty wide for a young deer. Shoot him if there is a lot of pressure around you, but if it is safe to let him go, then do so.
