Do a quick check tonight the make sure your neighbors haven't baited your blind and already dropped a dime on you.

Speaking of this.. the regs on baiting say that you have 15 days after bait has been removed until you can hunt that area... what it doesn't define is how close to that area you can hunt. Like do you have to be so many yards away from an area that someone has baited?

Yes pretty sure you have to be either 200 or 250 yds from active baiting site. Say you have a gravity protein feeder on your property for deer. Either take it down or stay the distance is how I understand it

Ok thanks. My issue is we have another person on a pipeline near us that has a feeder and protein year round so I just don't want to get too close. I may stop by the local wildlife and fisheries and get some details.

ETA - 200 yards
